Gentle, Restorative & Foundations

A slower-paced class focused on foundational poses, breath, and awareness. Great for beginners or anyone looking to move more mindfully. Expect longer holds, clear instruction, and space to settle.

A gentle flow with options to build intensity if you want it. A good middle ground for newer students or anyone looking for a slower pace with a bit more movement.

A balanced Vinyasa-style yoga class with sun salutations, standing and seated poses, backbends, and optional inversions. Expect clear guidance and room to modify. Open to all levels, including beginners.

A slow, floor-based practice where poses are held for several minutes to target joints, fascia, and connective tissue. A quiet, grounding class that complements more active styles. Open to all levels.

A monthly 75-minute restorative yoga class designed to help you slow down and reset. Fully supported poses, gentle breathwork, and space to unwind—ideal if your nervous system needs a break.
Build Heat, Strength & Endurance
Sweat (Heated Yoga)
A heated yoga class (around 90°) designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Breath-driven flow rooted in sun salutations with a steady, challenging pace. You will sweat. Best for students with some prior yoga experience.
Power Yoga (Warm Vinyasa)
A warm (not hot) power yoga class rooted in an Ashtanga-based sequence. Breath and movement are linked in a steady, strengthening flow that builds endurance, flexibility, and focus. Some experience recommended.
Flow 2/3 (Intermediate/Advanced Vinyasa)
A more challenging Vinyasa flow focused on strength, balance, and deeper postures. Expect a faster pace and more complex sequencing. Best for students with a consistent practice.
Core, Weights & Aerial Movement
Mat Pilates
A core-focused Pilates class that builds strength, flexibility, and control. Emphasis on breath, alignment, and deep core engagement. All levels welcome with options to modify or progress.
Aerial Flow (Aerial Yoga)
A playful, supportive class using fabric hammocks to build strength, improve flexibility, and decompress the spine. A mix of yoga, Pilates, and suspension work—no experience needed.
Core Fusion (Core Strength)
A 45-minute strength class focused on building deep core stability. Uses light weights and bodyweight for controlled, effective movement that supports balance, posture, and overall strength.
Yoga + Weights (Strength-Based Yoga)
A dynamic yoga class that incorporates light weights to build strength, stability, and endurance. Expect a mix of flow and resistance work that leaves you feeling strong and grounded.
